Does sleeping after a meal lead to weight gain?

There's a commonly held belief that eating late at night (especially carbs) or even sleeping shortly after a meal adds on the pounds...specifically the fat pounds. Is this true? A new commentary in Scientific American takes a look at this issue. Read it HERE.
