I wanted to spread the word about two upcoming USATF Level 1 School's I'll be doing in the next couple months. The first is in Landover, MD on December 14-16, 2007.  The instructors will be:

The second Level 1 School is a special one in Jacksonville, FL featuring three Level 2 instructors who are also long-time members and contributors of ELITETRACK.  The instructors will be:
