Best of 2012- Best Free Resource on Running
One of the best blogs on the internet is by Greg Lehman, and his 20 page pdf is a fantastic resource for anyone wanting to learn more about running mechanics with an evidence based approach. I suggest anyone looking at biomechanics of running and trying to see what is going on take some time and read the pdf and start asking the tough questions. I am very impressed with Greg's work and suggest reading his blog and if you are in his area, test drive his services. What I am curious to see is what will Nike do to evolve the hyperdunk shoe and will we see the consumer side of pressure mapping in the next few years? Injuries are not just random and they are very difficult and complex at times. The pdf will not magically solve problems, but it will get us closer to seeing what approaches will lead to better answers. Please click here to the link to download his resource.
