What is General Strength?

General strength exercises typically come in the form of callisthenic exercises performed for 10-20 repetitions or 15-40 seconds per exercise. The purpose for general strength is to develop general working capacity, assist recovery, enhance hormonal profile and increase soft tissue strength. Typically, 5-20 exercises are performed in a circuit fashion for General Strength workouts.
