I twisted my knee snowboarding. (getting off the lift since one leg wasnt in snowboard, and i fell so my leg twisted.) hurt pretty bad.
This happened tuesday.
i iced it when i got home.
Thursday morning the day of a meet i wasnt able to go because when i got out of bed any pressure i put on my leg hurt really bad. I let my shuttle hurdle team down :sniff:
Ive been iceing and been taking glucosime(been on it for a couple weeks now) I cant see a doctor till the 1st. is there anything i can do to help my knee. i want to be better for the 3rd. Most definatly the 5th. It dosent hurt that bad after the morning, like now i can walk on it and stuff without if hurting that bad.

I attached a picture of someones knees(googled it) and i circled the area that hurts and when i press down on hurts.

It sounds like you have injured one of two areas.  The twisting mechanism can cause a tear to the medial meniscus.  If when you twisted an inward force was diredted upon your knee it is probably a MCL sprain.

Was there swelling?  If so, how rapid did it come on?  Can your fully extend your knee?  Is your knee locking up on you or clicking?  Does your knee feel unstable?

If you had/have significant, rapid swelling, you need to see a sports physician ASAP
