sorry I havent posted in a while, well I'm currently in winter break until January 3rd for our first practice. We are on trimesters so we have one long six week break. It sounds good but once my friends all went back to school after thanksgiving it has gotten really boring. Oh well I pass the time by training for the upcoming season.

all in all I feel really strong right now. At this time last year I weighed about 17 pounds more and I'm in a lot better shape. Even though I lost that weight I am still close to the same strength. I am expecting a breakout season for myself but we'll see.
