4 miles in a little over 30 minutes recovery run.  Followed with a good deal of myofascial release.

15.4 miles easy.  It was nutzo icy so I took it pretty easy average was 7:05ish.

Week total:  80.7 miles! I'm stoked.  That's my first trip into the 80 mile range.  I'll keep it at this level for a while now, with the exception of a recovery week starting in 1 week from today.

snowy as hell.  I ran an easy 10.2 on snow.  It was kinda slow--1:14:30ish; but that's okay.
Had a conversation with TCU's distance coach tonight, as well.

12.4 total.  Composed of: 1 very easy w/u+4 easy+6.36 at MP (1st half at 5:58/mile, second half at 5:53/mile-37:40)+1.04 easy home.  Weather was windy and single digits, and I had a great workout.  Finally getting a bit more confidence back.
