Cleans
Squats
Lunge Step Ups
RDL's
Hypers
GH'S
Reverse Hypers
Hip Flexor with bands.
Right after I have
10x10m Accelerations.
They were really bad considering I just finished lifting. I am still stumbling a bit but I feel explosive in my driving..
Tommorow I will do a tempo work out. I dont know what yet…Im thinking 10x100x 200….but I will take suggestions or Ideas.Thanx alot!
