damn u a better man then me, i couldnt do it. 17degrees.damn
ain't no men left who would do that. he must mean 17 degrees celsius.
Na he prob means 17F. I have done workouts in the past when it was colder than that. It's usually fine as long as it isn't real windy. It gets real fun when your feet start to go numb. But what are you gonna do?
I've got enough clothes I can put on to be fine once I get through my warmup, and as long as I don't change into spikes my feet are ok. The biggest problem is my hands, even on a windless day theyre still moving through the air fast enough to get some significant windchill going on. Makes it a lot harder when I try to lift right after running.
Anyway, the hours the weightroom is open are different the next couple of weeks, so I'll have to lift in the morning and run in the afternoon instead of what I did yesterday. Should be a little warmer by the time I'm out running.

It was 35 and raining this afternoon so I kept the warmup short to try and stay out of the rain. I was parked right next the the track and I was hopping back into the car between sets. I ended up increasing the rest from last week and it worked out alright, had a much more consistent pace through the sets than last week.
Felt pretty stale today after the long layoff and the plan was for 3 sets. I think I did fairly well given the time off and should be able to handle the third set next week.
