i was going to work out… but i went to canada instead.  there my friends got real drunk and wandered around vancouver like idiots.  some memorable lines included:

"double multi orfice death rail!!!"  when two hot girls walk by.

"hey, you guys know where i can find some crack?"
"tyrone doesnt want crack, he wants meth!"

"whats the worst tasting drink you have?"
"the rocky mountain bear fucker." i guess its 151 mixed with tequila and jack daniels.

at the car show surround by models…
"thats my future girlfriend."
"of everyone here you choose her?"
"well to be a girlfriend they have to want to go out with you."

our indian cab driver… (picture the accent)
"please stay down, i dont want any trouble from the police."
"dont worry, i kill cops for a living."

jiujitsu.  rolled with the same pro fighter.  then i did frog stands: 40, 20, 60 count.  yay, that means i can move on to the ultra hard tuck planche.

boxing, jiujitsu, no sparring
4s5r palms facing pullups
6s10count tuck planche
~60 squats during jiujitsu

for those interested, i busted my knee in jiujitsu a while back, and just kind of forgot about training for track.  im getting started again now.

it seems that i havent lost too much in terms of upper body strength/ endurance.  the pullups were real easy, and i didnt bother resting very much.  my lifting will probably be pretty limited for a while, since were redoing the downstairs.  im going to try and work on conditioning a lot between now and the start of my spring/summer season.  for winter im going to to do the 3 UW indoor meets.  ill do the 60H and the 200, along with any other events i want.  for my main season, im going to try to line up 7 meets over 8 weeks.  ive done some looking at my old seasons, and i think itll be enough to put in me in place to run my fastest times ever.  ill probably be winging it for most of the time between now and january, with a max of 2 speed days a week.
