Hey, ive never seen this before, its nothing crazy but i like it..

can someone tell me how to incorporate this into my training…

would it strictly be done with light weight for speed? would i periodize this the same way i do other lifts (max strength to power devel etc) ? would i do this straight after my heavy step ups for a contrast effect?
