How do you count your GS work...time doing it?  # of circuits, exercises, reps completed?  Do you have a conversion of GS work to tempo?

I don't know that I personally ever "quantify" GS work in the sense that I may do with Oly Lifts (sets per week or micro), Acc Dev (meters), or tempo (meters).....  With GS i normally look at it as "basic" or "advanced", "core", postural, spinal, or fascial.

I'm similar to Kebba. I don't try to make an exact equivalency for GS with tempo or any other work. I tend to clasify based on the specific demand of the mode and insert in the training plan where I feel that training stimulus is most needed. A really general equivalency that seems to work well is time. For example, I'll send my long sprinters out on an extensive tempo workout and have my short sprinters do a GS or MB circuit that lasts about the same length of total time as the extensive tempo workout.

They are excellent!  Well worth the price in my opinion.  I have all 3 discs (but one of them was faulty so I'm awaiting a replacement).  Maybe you could email and ask about the DVD compatibility concern.

Can you go into more details bout these dvd’s, how would they compare to cf gpp and van dvd’s?

I tried to purchase the double disc set called Biomechanics Conference 2005 with Dan Pfaff and Brian Kropman said they are sold out and not making anymore discs.  He said it is going to be all online in a couple of months but I would not prefer to wait that long.  I was wondering if anyone would be willing to sell these two discs to me?  I would be willing to give you what you paid for them.  Please let me know.  Take care.

Many of you may be interested in this Dan Pfaff DVD. FOr $40 it has all of the Medball/Gen Strength Routines/Multijump/MultiThrow Routines demonstrated. The proceeds help Dan and his training group in California.

This video is very good.  I received it two days ago and have tried some of the routines myself.  I would highly recommend it for people wishing to increase their bank of different exercises for gs routines and multi jump routines.

Excellent video.

Goes through all the circuits with examples of each exercise. Now no one has to ask what an exercise is.
