Are there any track and field books you highly recommend?
In particular, anything to do with sprints (up-to and including 800m), decathlon, and linear jumps particularly training, and also stats). Biographies as well?
But really, any good track and field books I should get (they don't have to meet the requirements above, ie can be about the throws)?

Props on the Omnibook recommendation…and I thought I had nearly every T&F book.

I find these items fascinating:

Transfer of Training: Vol 1 by Bondarchuk
Transfer of Training DVD

Dan Pfaff DVDs especially the Coaching Conference one

Those are my current favorites…I guess that's only 1 book and a bunch of DVDs…sorry smile  Do you have Running Risks by Angella Issajenko?  That one's pretty interesting along with any other Charlie related stuff.

Lewis almost certainly has his hands on a 3rd consecutive gold medal…Powell good sprinting speed….oh that is huge!
