Timed some of the 60s in the 7.4, 7.5 range so I’m pretty confident that, at the least, I’ll be able to take down my 7.24 PR for 55 on Saturday.
Snowstorm came in just before I was planning to head out to the meet and I didn’t think it was worth it to try driving in it to get to the meet. Ran the following workout instead.
