What was the severity of the injury? When did you resume training and how long have you been able to sprint?

I didnt run today bc of personal issues so far i have missed 4 meets this yr with injuries and one for BS reasons, very very upset right now bc my chance to pr this season may be gone. Grade one pull my second in the past month. I resume my normal training this week which includes weights, sprints, the week before i only did weights.
