Has anyone had any experience with these shoes they are so light! at 4.5oz! Are they a good shoe I was contemplating on getting them. I am a 100 and 200 runner.

Permanent spikes and I heard they aren’t very durable.  Other than that, go for it.

Actually mortac! I was just looking at the Lite ning twos and they do have removable spikes the LITE ning 1’s dont.

They are not illegal in any non-retarded organization. I do not believe D3 T&F;falls under that umbrella.

Yeah, they had it in the handout at nats saying that any spike with permanent pins were illegal with the Lite-nings being the only named example.

I just got them yesterday they are pretty much the best shoe i have tried on. I would recommend them to any person seeking very very light weight shoe, that focuses more on form instead of power. Dont get me wrong they are aggressive just nothing like the nike shoes. They remind me of the old time shoes back in the 1940’s lol
