I want to learn how to do this exercise, but there are no one to teach me. I have seen videos on youtube, but I worried to do them with bad teqnicue.
So, can I just try by myself?, or must I have a person that can instruct me?

The right answer is “you need someone to show you”.  The real answer is “go ahead and try them on your own if you cannot find someone to teach you”.  If possible, put video of yourself doing them on youtube.

I do have a good question pertaining to cleans. Does make a entirly huge difference how much weight you have on the bar for hang cleans for example 135 vs 155? Does it make you that much more powerful or is it just about the QUICK movements of the hang clean/clean. Thanks.

It’s both. To move a heavier weight as quickly as a lighter weight, it will require more power than a lighter weight, so it’s not just about bar speed. On the same note, if you increase the weight too much, power output may actually go down.

There probably is no “right weight” unless you talk to a Tendo guru.  The right weight is probably on the heavy side.  If it’s too heavy you won’t move it fast enough to get it high enough to catch it.
