Bent Dumbell Raises - 25x10, 25x10, 25x10

Close Grip Bench Press - 95x12, 135x10, 155x8, 185x6
Cardio - 6 mile run @ 8 minute mile pace
Weight - 161 pounds, Bodyfat - 8.8%
