Elitetrack: Sport Training & Conditioning

I’m looking for some software that will help me track my athletes performance and help with team organization. I know there are several programs on the market but I want to choose the best one.
I have seen “Digital Scout”,“Easyware”,“tfpredictions”,TrackCentral.net,“Track Stats 4U”, and “TrackMate”.  Do any you know about or use any of these?

I can’t say I can help with these because I used a custom setup based on MS Access but I’d love to hear what you decide on and what the pros and cons of each of these options are. I’ve never heard of several of them and it would seem to be a very helpful tool for many coaches.
