coaching online is a complex process . It takes a lot of time individually and that time could be better put to our personal lives.
Right now I am willing to accept anything for pay, but I can’t sit here and tell this kid it will cost $300 a month for a training program and that’s about the least I could it for. In person, I probably could go cheaper than $300 and sometimes I do it for free when I do it in person, but online takes a ton more time and it’s hard to get all the feedback I need to setup up a plan despite the number of initial questions I may ask. Thus I spend a lot of my initial time (about 3 or 4 months worth) trying to get a feel for the athlete before the training plan becomes even remotely effective.
What is your coaching background?
Without knowing your experience how can you judge the cost of online coaching?
Instead of talking about whether or not this guy could afford a coach or not, why doesn’t everyone try to help him out. Free if you want to. Or offer options of someone who has a verifiable coaching background and is easy to contact and may take on new clients. Like I did. Solutions.
