its only a short while till outdoor track season and my indoor coach really didnt help me much in preparing for hurdle i run both the 110's and the 300's wht should i do to prepar for this season

Check out the sprints threads…..you should basically be training like a sprinter except you should do some of your sprint workouts with hurdles.

RonG posted a nice hurdle weekly workout plan for hurdlers here. It was originally intended for collegiate hurdlers but will still be a good template for you to go off of.

i wanted help making a weekly schedule, but i made one that i dont think is too bad.  its posted in my training journal on the second page.  i was asking about sprint training and hurdle training on the same day, i guess you answered my question.  with that in mind ill probably tweak that weekly schedule again.
