Hey ya'll I'm starting my own personal workout journal. This is week 11 of our workouts and we have about 7 weeks till our state track meet. I'm a 10th grade girl running the 100m,4x200 Relay,4x400 relay, Long Jump, and Discus.

Please be free to offer advice and it is VERY welcome because I have no clue what I'm doing.
                        Week 11

Monday March 21

450/350/250 @6 min recovery

400 split @66
300 split @47
200 split @29

Weights
Upper Body
5 min Abs
Very windy today I was feeling it on the back stretch, my butt locked up hardcore after the 250.

Tuesday -March 23
Short Speed

2x20/ 2x40/ 2x60 /5x30 starts

Plyos

LJ- 4x6steps jump into pit/4x10steps into pit/4x6steps jumps off box

Lower Body Weight
2x10 Squats -200lbs
2x10 Hamstrings-100 lbs
5 mins abs

Well I'm feeling really good coming out of the blocks. On the sprints my form starts to fall apart. I don't lift my knees and start to tense up and look up. On top of all of this I can feel shin splints….....
