Cool video skills!

It that video you look much more comfortable with the single arm. It looks more fluid than the double. But, i think that’s mainly because you didn’t jump far enough to really time the double arm action correctly. I’m sure you could be good at both however.

I personally prefer double arm but that’s because i rely on power more than speed.

Yes, I suppose it’s hard to get the right impression in this vid, because it was only very easy warm-up jumps.

I have been wondering about this for a while, because most male jumpers use the double, and it seems to work for them. But very few female jumpers use it. Are there any real reasons for that?
