today i had a meet. i won all four of my events (100,200,4x1,4x2) but the wierd thing was i set a new PB in the 100 with 11.2 and the closest person to me was 11.8. i always thought you would run a PB with better competition. Whats up with that? haha

If you're tightening up when you see the competition then you'll run better when you can't see them.

What happened to the 11.0, was this FAT?

Great job by the way!

If it was the first comp for a while you would of been pumped up alredy to go and prove yourself having no1 near u in the race probably made you even quicker, when someones in front of you you normally tense up.
