Coaches note: If your athlete has bilateral pain it is less likely to be an injury then unilateral soreness.

Charlie Francis was very “anti domes” due to the limitations it places on the next few days of training. In GPP it’s probably less an issue, but as competition nears, domes can disrupt micro cycle and even mesocycle planning.

Star I totally agree. DOMS should only occur at GPP or at the begining of a new phase. However, if blended correct DOMS should not happen very often. Usually an elite athlete is at a state of readiness that keeps this from being to harsh.

Pain = reference to bad pain
Soreness = reference to doms.

Reedit so its pain both places. Good ide to focus on where the pain is situated. I will do a simpel graf when i get the time
