Heres My workout for the whole track season....tell me if its good or not

Monday-12x400'S(350m jog)
Tuesday-Sprints(mile in and outs) (50sprint 50jog) would have meet if in middle of season
Wednsday-Recovery from meet 8miles at 7min pace
Thursday- The same as monday
Friday-30min jog
Saturday-Meet
Sunday15-20min jog

How about some longer quality reps like 4x800m with longer recovery?  I also liked 3-4 x 1 mile repeats early in the season.
