Tuesday-Sprints(mile in and outs) (50sprint 50jog) would have meet if in middle of season
Wednsday-Recovery from meet 8miles at 7min pace
Thursday- The same as monday
Friday-30min jog
Saturday-Meet
Sunday15-20min jog
