I considered it.  No ART specialists near me, however, so it makes it difficult to try.  I travel too much with job as it is, so I have not actioned that to date.

same experience on my hamstrings. 4 sprints bridge down 60m overspeed and i was injured. Then left then right side.
I hold a week and took it easy, with just endurance work, some stretchings. Last wednesdaynight i have run a fast 300m for my age, with no complaints.

time between hard sessions is sometimes 2 days, sometimes 3.
On monday's i do my yogasession or za-zen in a forest.
tuesday; or tempowork or speed
wednesday ; rest
tursday ; or speed or longer tempo
friday ; rest
sat ; rest
Sunday; 45 '- 60' endurance, fartlek, or interval-endurence on a grasscourse or forest.
combined with a full-time maintenance job on a chemical plant it's more then enough.
I can relax with enough sleep 8u and i love healthy food.
its also working in our garden and enjoying the tasty vegetables and american blue berries, which are my favourits wink

I don't want to speak for Carl but overspeed training tends to force the touchdown point further in front of the athlete's center of mass than in normal or resisted strinting. This can easily lead to hamstring injuries because of the combination of increased load and increased stretch on the hamstring.

i think only if the athlete is not strong enough to handle the load..

who can handle it and what are some numbers that prove it? Expand on your vague comment.
