I agree with 400stud, I was talking with some of the colleges coaches at the schools I got accepted to and they said to take it easy in the summer and not to train until school started. They said as long as you are in some sort of shape that you can run and regain you fitness you didn't need to push it during the summer, just take it easy and enjoy it. Good luck with whatever your summer program turns out to be.
