just got it in the mail.. is this “THE” book to have. should i carefully read every page?

looking through the material in this book it seems like everything is covered!

I think it’s an excellent book….definitely in my top 5. It’s somewhat dry reading but I think the whole book is worth at least a skim or quick read.

great book.  i use it as a reference all the time.  i can’t honestly say that i read the whole book cover to cover though.

it’s definately a worthwhile read… i wouldn’t suggest it people who are just getting into training theory, however… i’d read some of the “easier” more classic stuff first (Bompa, Matveyev, Harre). Supertraining is not light reading. smile
