As a 400 meter runner would you go from Speed endurance to SE1 and then to SE2?

There are many ways you can do it. Me personally I like to go from intensive tempo to split runs to SE2 to SE1 and then focus more on speed end. although I like to use neuromuscular speed endurance workouts such as 3x3x60 early on. The reason I like to start with SE and work my way down is because early on your accel will be in place but your max velocity is not yet in place and if max v is not yet in place then you will not have a max velocity to maintain so therefore speed end. would be a waste of time.

Part of me agrees with that QUIK, but part of me does not. Lets see what others think.

Oh believe me I respect all of QUIK’s thoughts. But I’m sure he knows/understands/respects when myself or someone else challenges a particular thought.
