Well Wednesday I dont remember what we did. Thursday we did bleachers and followed with a 300, 280,150,90. Friday which is today we did a lot of indoor stuff like ladder drills, med ball, basketball stuff, jump ropes and then jogged to the track and did a 600 and 300.

strange how i see you dont lift alot in the weight room i thuoght with the speeds you runnning you would be tearing it up with the weights. How much you weigh?....heheh 1000 crunches damn not there i can do 900 but spread throughout the day.

Tuesday we did ins and outs. Then Wednesday we did drills and thing with weighted rope, jump rope and step ladders. Then a bout a mile and a half.

Today (thursday) we did 500,400,300,200 in tempo pace so around 1:34 75 49 and 35. We did 4 sets of 25 stadium steps after.

Today was a really good day for me at practice. We did 8x150 ranging from 17-20. I felt really strong and it was mostly a technique workout. We did that and followed with 4 sets of 25 stadium steps.

Today is Tuesday it was a shitty workout. Everybody felt really sluggish and the cold and hard wind was hard to run in. We did 3x300 strided a 200 and ran stadiums.

Thursday was yesterday it was our last day of school and I skipped practice. Today is friday and we have no practice. ILL JUST DO AB WORK.

Ok I missed a week of practice (this christmas week) and i started back yesterday…(monday) we did jump roping in the gym then went to the track and did a fast 600 and a fast 400 and we did drills on the infield. Today is Tuesday we started of with 4 wind sprints on strait aways. and then we did 4 100 meter runs with parachutes and then we did a 400 hardways that run 100 walk back 50 till you make the whole loop then an ab excercise routine. I feel really strong and fast. Our first meet is next Friday the 7th and 8th at LSU so wish me luck;)

today is wednesday and it was our easy day….we just did a little lifting then went and did a mile warm up and 8 block starts working on drive and transition phase. My reaction could be a lot better but my drive and transition are really good and fluid.
