What are some drills that I can do to correct my arm swinging out when I go over the hurdles. Today I fixed it a little but now when I bring my trail leg arm back it hits my trail leg.

Wow, my problem is the opposite of yours, i swing mine way out.  yours is probably easier to fix, try lossening your shoulder and turning it kindof side ways, it’s hard to explain.

I can only think of one real drill for working on the arm mechanics of hurdlers. The athlete sits on the ground in a hurdle stretch position and then mimics the proper motion and timing (3 step rhythm) of the running and hurdle motion with the arms. As I’ve said before though, doing the real thing, even at slower speeds if necessary, is often a better “drill” than most alternatives.
