Baylors workouts…

The workout examples given for the baylors program in the other forum is that for a endurance type 400 runner? If not whats a 400 meter runner endurance “Baylor style” workout?

I believe those workouts are for 46-47 second quarter milers
In other words it is for sprinter type 400 meter runners.(Michael Johnson)

Endurance type is like (Ana Guavera)

Humm? Thats what I thought. Does anybody in here knows what a 400 meter workout for a week would look like( for endurance type 400 runner)?

baylors workouts are always ‘endurance’ runners.  dont be fooled by the speed of the runners.  a speed 400 runner would actually use speed work.
