hahaha not yet. ive been training, just not keeping track of everything, so ill try to salvage what i can. i did benched 190 yesterday, so im close to being at my all time high strength levels again.
you dont squat or bench that much but your cleans are strong. I would assume you run 11.5 by now. I can hardly do 155lbs at cleans and am close to breakin to 11.
to those that keep up with my journal, sorry i havent updated it.. im just going to say screw the lost data and start again now. here we go again.

some notes. ive maxed at 195 on the bench and 173 on the clean. im aiming for a 205 bench and 185 clean by the time school starts. i want to get my 235 squat again, but its the least likely of my short term goals. ive neglected it this summer, as always, but im working on it. im up to training 6 days a week now, and 3 high intensity sessions. weather issues prevented me from running today, but it shouldnt be an issue. im also making a goal to clean up my diet a bit. ill put in more fruits and vegetables, and cut out the fast food. thats it for now.

its late, im underfed, and i just fought with my ex girlfriend, so i stopped a bit early. ill start again monday. the weather will be cooling off so thatll be good for training. these circuits are starting to become a favorite of mine, im gonna have to create more for variety.
