It’s difficult to see much on the clip, but it looks like you pitch into the hurdle pretty well. Be conscious of keeping the shoulders forward as you come off the hurdle, as well. Looks like you have a tendency to lean while you’re over the hurdle, but then raise your shoulders abruptly while the lead leg makes ground contact and the trail leg comes through. This causes your trail leg to cast open on the first step, and it becomes a blocking or braking step.
You would also do well to bring the trail leg back to the midline, that is bring it square so that your knee is pointing forward, down the track, before you put it down. Ideally, when your lead leg comes in contact with the ground, your trail leg should be back to the midline. Yours hasn’t completed the motion yet, so you’re a bit off balance on landing.
In short, keep your shoulders forward and bring your trail leg to the midline.
