color=Red][/color]Well after a pretty long layoff of finding out some things about myself and where I am going, I finally decided that I should start doing formal training again. My schedule right now is kind of screwed up, because at the moment I am living in Chicago doing an internship 3 days a week, and on those days it is difficult to get to the track. On the other days I hopefully can get to the University of Chicago track, as long as they dont start checking student IDs. Tomorrow I should start my training, I will be doing some seagrave drills for the first few weeks to get back some level of fitness. I hope to update my log daily, but it may occur weekly, anyway I hope to get some feedback from yall.
