What is the time that most colleges in D1 look for in the 110HH if u are a walkon. I plan on walking on a big east school.
It will vary widely but I'd say 14.6-15.5 for the Big East.

Definitely go talk to the coach junior or senior year and see what they do for practices. They will probably give you an idea of what they are looking for pertaining to times and athletic abilities.
Train hard, win easy.

Big East is a conference, like ACC, SEC, OVC, Big Ten, Pac Ten, etc.
As far as walking-on, that depends program to program, but I would imagine most D1 schools would allow you to walk on.
oh ok thanks.
How about for the 400m IH??
victory, however long and hard the road may be.
I think most schools would let you walk on with about a 56. The faster your 400m open time the more attractive you'd be.
how fast would your open 400m need to be?
