Hi, i'm new but have been a track sprinting for 2 years now. I will be playing major college football coming up in january (long story) and wanted to get help on my running/conditioning/speed and need a traing journal. I already have a gym workout plan and just needed help with the running part. I was also thinking about running track at my university and need help just improving my conditioning and overall stregth.
