When I've been doing RDL's the last few weeks I was feeling some pain on the bottom and top of my tailbone and also the bones right on top of my butt. Is that normal? I don't feel it after I'm done, just while doing the exercise.

I've never heard of that. It sounds like a hamstring or back extensor issue. Are you keeping the low back locked and the chest up?
