If I can only afford to buy one of Schexnayder's videos on the TJ, which one should I get, "Teaching and Coaching the Triple Jump" or "Triple Jump: Errors and Corrections"? Thanks

I haven't seen the first one unless it is very recent (~2004) in which case I was there for the filming. If that is the case I believe they are very much the same with the newer one just being a slightly updated version of the same material.

I think the Common Errors and Corrections is a little better. But both are very good and slightly different.
