This is my training journal. Help me out because I'm not improving.

Monday
6x300's with 5mins rest
1x400 @ 400 pace

Tuesday
1x400 @ 400 fully rest
1x800 @ 800 fully rest
1x1600 @ 1600 

Wednesday
1x400 @ 400 pace
5k

Thursday
10x100's
1x400 @ 400 pace

Friday
Rest Weekends off

One thing I see is that you are running a 400 at race pace for four days in a row, which probably isn't the best idea.  It would be helpful if we knew your height, weight, pr's, maxes so we could recommend you something to work on.

I'm 6'0 ~175lbs. My personal bests in the 400, 800, 1600, triple jump and long jump are 52s, 2'12, 5'05 39-06, and 24ft. My long jump hjas improved though. I used to only pull a 19-06
