some dude that tol me he jumped a 54' in college said that tj-ers dont really run 300s in practice that much. he told me to stick to doin 150 accels. right now i've been doin jus 10 150s pretty much every day, is this  enough?

I think it's too much. I can't think of a time I'd have a jumper do 10 x 150s except for MAYBE during general prep as an extensive tempo workout. Make sure the law of specificity is applied to all of your training concepts. Jumpers only need to run about 30m @ close to 100% intensity during a given performance. With this in mind, running 1500m of total volume (10 x 150m) is likely not too beneficial.

I wouldn't say that the 10x150 wkout in and of itself is too much. But doing it every day. there's no stimilus to adapt.  Also there's almost no specificity. I'd add in a whole lot more speed/power related work. Please peruse the boards for general training design info.
