Yeah, if the weather cooperates the plan is to slowly lengthen the reps out over the next 3-4 months and be doing SEII coming into outdoor. If not I don't think I'll be able to get to an indoor track often enough to stick to that plan, I'd probably go more tempo/endurance based and then follow a more ends to middle plan during outdoor.
Are you competing indoors? You must feel on track to smash your pb's. You've had a really solid, and importantly, uninterrupted (by injury) training log, and things look to be in very good shape. Im jealous lol
Yeah, I definitely feel like I'm on track to make some great progress as long as I don't get thrown too far off. As for the next few days, the weather is not cooperating.

Going to head to the indoor track tomorrow to try and get some Int Tempo work in.
Wiped out on a bike on my way to class this morning and beat up my right quad/hip flexor pretty good. It'll probably be a few days before I can do anything on it.
