are u sayin dat static stretchin during da warmup is not good? only dynamic and sprint drills

can u enlighten me if u dont mind…cuz i was taught to do a few static stretches wit reely da dynamic and sprint drills

we have quite a few threads discussing this.
a few things:
dyn. stretches activate the sympaticus,  are active-so you wont cool down
static s.  activate the parasympaticus,  have an acute negative effect on strength and are not active- which can cause a cooling effect.  hope i got you interested. 
and remember almost everything has its time and place.
