NOOOOOOOOO! no long jump the day before a meet, your crazy.
No, I wasn't planning on long jumping the day before a meet. I was saying that I do some LJ but I am a TJ specialist.
This meet isn't very important, I just want to have a decent performance and not be too sore, because I tend to injure myself when sore, especially in the hamstrings.
I know that our short sprinters are doing a few intensive 200s, should I just work with them and possibly add a couple short-approach jumps on Friday, and then something like what UT posted on Saturday as meet prep?
