Someone explain to me why he still has the WR.  Since when does this stuff take forever?

He has the WR because his case is still in arbitration….why it's still in arbitration is another matter altogether.

Because he admitted to the doping offense he can't get off…I guess he's just trying to cut a deal to shorten it as much as possible. As it's his second offense that seems highly unlikely unless he really rats out Graham & Co.
