well im 235lbs at 6'2"(12-14%), i dont feel its slowing me down but i could use a little weight reduction to the 10% area. although ive been at sub 10 before and felt sick and weak. my endocrine likes 12+ for optimal performance

I can say with 99% assurance that you'd be faster if you lost some weight. I've never seen someone in that weight range who didn't get faster by dropping some weight. The improvements would be more readily visible the greater the distance you run....for 10m you might not notice your'e faster but over 100m and 200m I'm pretty sure you would.
exactly, altough these things can often be person-specific, as a 6'2 (1.88m) sprinter (and not a participant in another sport???...ie, footballer using track as off season training), then anything between 80-90kg (180-200) would probally be best.
