We timed the 100m dash today, im in 8th grade, middle school, i weigh 168lbs 5'10 and i made the 100m in 10.5 seconds, i was Second, The Number one time is 10.1 seconds.But here is what we did last week then today.
Monday : last week :
10 ; 100m dashes
5 ; 200m dashes
2 ; 400, dashes
Tuesday :
10 laps around the middle school and for every 1/2 lap we do 10 pushups then another 1/2 do 10 situps until all 10 laps are finished.
Wed. :
10 ; 100m with 10 pushups and 10 situps after each one
5 ; 200m with 10 pushups and situps
2 ; 400m with 10 pushups and ditups
Thursday :
Heaven Hill : Short Hills : 50 yards : 10 Times
Heaven hill: Medium Hills : 80 yards : 5 times
Heaven Hill: Long Hills : 110 yards : 3 times
Warm up and warm down : 2 laps around the middle school, with stretching and Plyometrics.Thats what we did last week.When we do each 100m 200m 400m we have like 10-20 sec rest.
Today : Monday :
12 ; 100m with 10 pushups and situps
6 ; 200m with 10 pushups and situps
3 ; 400m with 10 pushups and situps
1 ; 100m timed ; i got 10.5 seconds.
we didnt time the rest because we couldnt have the high school track today but we could do the 100m. What are some of other track workouts for there track season this year, Im a sprinter. Thanks. ![]()
