I'll give it the first go…
I think you could benefit from:
a. fuller extension of your takeoff leg off the board, thus achieving better horizontal impulse
b. fuller range of motion of that takeoff leg, seeing thigh through parallel to ground
c. the delayed motion of the takeoff leg caused by achieving a. and b. can only benefit the distance of your middle phase, because you'll be driving that left leg down, instead of just dropping it early, in search for the ground
d. you could also clean up the free leg on the first phase, with fuller extension through its swooping miss at the ground, thus benefitting posture and controlling rotation with its longer lever
Pretty good technique, though! It looks like you've got a lot working in your favor (stepping down onto the takeoff board, versus reaching, flat-footed/rocking heel to toe contacts allowing a non-hurried support stance and preserving the horizontal vector, and good coordination of the swing segments with a sweeping single-single-double arm technique that I adore…your coach must be brilliant ). With more horizontal velocity through moment of departure from the board, I bet you'll get a 45'/46'.
