well i felt extremely lazy after having sex, so i just walked around the track instead of doing themp id planned. then i went to jiujitsu around 6:30. jiujitsu was good, i still get tired real easy. osho(sp?) schooled me which is always fun.

first i got rained off the track which pissed me off. but later the sky cleared a little so i did the hill next to my house. i havent lifted upperbody in while, plus my chest was injured so i just lifted really light to see how it felt.

i pulled it off. first i woke up at 5 in the morning to go unload the biggest truck ive ever done at my job (it was actually two, since it was too big for one). afterwards i was dead tired, but managed to get myself together and do about 1000m of tempo. then i went to jiujitsu and did pretty well. i got my neck cranked pretty bad by one of the purple belts, and that put an end to my night. overall a good day.
im getting the hang of a new jiujitsu position that i really think will help my guard skills. i am garbage while im on the bottom so im working on that a lot.

jiujitsu. ive learned a few new badasds moves. my schedule next week will lifting monday and thursday, and ill do tempo and jiujitsu on tuesday and friday, and just jiujitsu on wednesday. this way i can train with travis again. i always prefer to train with as many black belts as possible since they all have a unique style.
i went to jiujitsu, but didnt end up doing much. there were only four other people there and i wanted to practice some moves before i sparred. then the instructors kid started crying and he had to cut the class short. i decided that i just hadnt had enough activity and id give bowling a try. i did horrible as usual, but at least i got some energy out of my system.
theres been a shortage of whitebelts lately, so i havent been able to practice all my new moves on resisting opponents. kinda sucks. this week hasnt really gone as planned with my moms birthday, an all nighter and some other crap. ive done my plan right today, and i will tomorrow and on.
